We welcome participants of all ages and skill levels, from curious beginners to seasoned artists.
We offer a limited number of scholarships to help make our art workshops accessible to everyone. Children and seniors receive priority, and awards are based on demonstrated financial need. You will be notified by email once a decision is made. Scholarships are awarded to cover a maximum of 50% of workshop costs.

Lana Ahrens, MS
Lana holds a Master's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, equipping her with the skills to support individuals in reaching their full potential. Her career journey began with a focus on preventing child abuse through in-home counseling and parent education. Building on this foundation, she transitioned to advocating for children with developmental disabilities, ensuring their success in home, school, and community settings.
Since 2017, Lana has been partnering with A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) to facilitate trauma-informed art workshops. This experience has deepened her understanding of the transformative power of art in healing trauma and fostering resilience.
Her expertise in child development, advocacy, and family support creates a safe and supportive environment for participants of all ages.
Jacey Hurst
Jacey is a talented artist and community advocate with a diverse range of passions. Her artistic journey includes authoring "9 Days of Deities," a captivating exploration of mythology and spirituality.
At REACH, Jacey is a dedicated facilitator of our Women's Art Empowerment Workshops. She uses her artistic skills to create safe and supportive spaces for women to explore their creativity, build confidence, and heal from trauma.
