Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at  info@mistletoemaniaccl.com call/text  972-275-6679 or come by 104 E Market Street, Suite B, Mabank, TX, if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A produce co-op is a community-driven way to access fresh fruits and vegetables at a lower cost. By pooling orders from multiple families, we’re able to buy in bulk directly from suppliers and cut out the middleman. This cooperative approach lets us bring in high-quality, state-approved produce at a fraction of grocery store prices.

When possible, we source from local farmers—but not all produce thrives in the Texas heat. So, much like your favorite grocery store, some items are from farms outside our area. The difference? These come straight to us without warehouse markups or transportation delays.

Every box is a surprise, but a good one! The goal is to bring you everyday staples like potatoes, onions, carrots, strawberries and apples, along with fun or seasonal items you may not typically try, such as acorn squash or spaghetti squash. It’s a great way to explore new recipes and share cooking ideas with other members.

If you end up with extra items or something that’s not your favorite, consider sharing with a neighbor, an elderly friend, or a family with lots of kids. It's a simple way to spread kindness and especially helpful during the summer when many families could use a little extra support.

As many as you need. Be sure to preorder and pay in advance! Since the number of boxes is limited, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Boxes must be prepaid or paid for at the time of pickup. We’re unable to hold unpaid boxes.

To guarantee your box, we recommend pre-ordering. As a bonus, those who prepay by Tuesday 8:00pm will receive a small free gift with their box!

The produce is not certified organic, and while some items may come from local sources, we can’t guarantee it. Our focus is on providing fresh, quality fruits and vegetables at an affordable price to help families eat healthier, more consistently.

If you’re interested in purchasing directly from local growers, we’re happy to recommend some trusted local farms and markets.

No, not at this time. However, we understand the importance of accessible food options and can recommend a local food pantry that offers similar produce boxes. We're happy to connect you with resources that can help meet your needs.
